Flip-books (english version)
A flip-book is a little animated cartoon on paper, that you can watch by rapidly turning the pages with your thumb.
Besides, in German, a flip-book is called "Daumenkino" ("thumb cinema"). In French, we can say "folioscope" or "feuilletoscope", it’s not bad either.
